A 30 minute session based on high intensity training. Each week we'll alternate between a Powerwave Wave20 and a RepOut369 workout. Wave20 is a weighted full body workout based on high intensity interval training, RepOut369 is a weighted full body workout based on high intensity circuit training.


All abilities welcome.


Please arrive promptly and remember to bring a bottle of water and sweat towel, training gloves optional.
